Please allow 7 - 10 days for your order to be delivered. 

Orders are packed and processed within 7 business days, but due to our remote location your delivery may take a little extra time to get to you. 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email advising you of the Australia Post tracking number. Please allow 24hours before the tracking number is activated and assigned to your order. In the unlikely event that you have waited over 10 days from when your order was shipped for your delivery, please contact our customer care team on 07 4671 5611 or [email protected] and they will investigate.
